Blogger Beta

So I noticed, when I got up this morning and peered blearily at the internet, as is my wont, that /dev/null had upgraded to this blogger 'beta' thing. I was curious, so I jumped in head first. So far it looks like the interface is cleaned up some, but nothing earth-shaking. One of the reasons for that may be that I haven't ported my template yet. Apparently you need to convert your whole site template to the new model to get all the shiny new features, which unfortunately is going to have to wait until I have time to replace all the things that I've added to customize my template.

So far the single most annoying thing is that, since I created this blog with a gmail account other than the one I mostly use for personal mail, every time I do anything it wants me to log in as the blog-gmail account, which logs me out of my personal-gmail account. Annoying.

My partner in crime was by last night. The secret project is coming along awesomely.

Leftover pizza for breakfast, yum. Probably for lunch too.

Tonight I need to inventory the beer to see if we need more for Friday. I think we're probably ok but it's important to be sure about these things. You can play fast and loose with a lot of things, but beer, that you do by the numbers.
