Scheduling
The weekend is almost done. My vacation is almost done. It was a good vacation, though, and I am relaxed and almost sorta kinda okay with going back to work.
Almost.
Blogger
Blogger is still logging me out of gmail when I want to log into blogger to post, and vice versa. This is, as they say in the old country, a pain in the ass.
Cards
All sorted, all entered. The collection stands at 7,295 cards total. Holy shit.
Now they have to all be put away ... and then, naturally, I need to rebuild, like, all of my decks.
Blogger, again
I just hit ctrl-s to save, without thinking about it, and fucking blogger posted what I'd written. I didn't mean that to happen. If you see this post suddenly get longer after you thought you'd already read it, that's why.
Risotto
My lovely wife made hand-made mushroom risotto last night, to go with a whole chicken slow-roasted on the barbeque. Mmmmm!
Stargate
The last four episodes in a row have all been really, really cool. I are impressed.
Run
Went for a run this morning. 9:44 for a mile, which isn't my best time but it's close. My breathing is getting much better.
Pirates!
My lovely wife and I opened up the two packs of Pirates of Davy Jones' Curse that I picked up the other day. We assembled our ships (pirate and otherwise) and played a few games.
It's a fairly simple game, but it's a whole lot of fun, and it's something we can play and enjoy together. I'm going to have to pick up a few more packs. I'm already making 3-d terrain islands. Plus, pirates!
Arr! Ahoy, matie!
Ahem.
Did I mention she kicked my ass? Oh, I didn't? Yup. Sunk one of my ships and left the other demasted and adrift, and then took all the gold home to the bank. Pwned!
Shopping
There was some shopping this weekend, but nothing anybody would really care about.
Seriously. Forget I mentioned it.
Scones!
My lovely wife made me fresh scones this morning. I don't know if I've mentioned lately how awesome she is, but she is awesome.
Fresh scones! Mmm!
