Blogger's Block

RJA has blogger's block. In the interest of kicking him out of this frustrating condition, I've decided to formulate a list of questions for him to answer, preferably in an interesting and/or humorous fashion, with the expectation that once he has done so (and only after he has done so) he can nominate someone else in our incestuous little blogosphere to answer them in turn, and so on, and so on.

It's exactly like that horrible email spam people keep sending around except that everyone can see, and that makes it different. Or something.

Sounds terribly tacky? Well, blame RJA for not being able to blog on a reasonable basis.
