Random Patterns
- I've given my lovely wife my old keyboard.
- The old keyboard was a big Microsoft beastie. I've replaced it with the one that came with my newer box. It's kinda ugly but I like the keystroke feel.
- My mouse needs replacing. The buttons are starting to miss clicks.
- My lovely wife has plans to replace it for me if it can survive until March.
- I think it can.
- Did you know you can buy Vampire cards via Amazon.ca?
- You can. They even sell the 10th Anniversary Set 1 that I couldn't even get from White Wolf.
- Their prices are the same as sentrybox. Sentrybox doesn't charge Ontario PST, but Amazon has free shipping on orders over $39.
- People at Amazon have no consistent labelling/categorization system for card games they're selling. Apparently nobody at Amazon is a geek.
- That's hard to believe.
- I'm drinking a dark German beer the Greek gave me. It's quite tasty.
- My cold has receeded to the level of a background irritation.
- I still feel shitty, though, and my concentration is not up to my usual standards.
- I like bullet points but I don't want to use them often because it makes me feel lazy.
- Obviously, I'm willing to be a little lazy. On occasion.
- I'm still very impressed by how fast Amazon gets stuff to you, given that it's free.
- Part of me still wants to like Chapters more than Amazon because the former is ostensibly Canadian. That is balanced out by the fact that all the Canadian book chains are now one monolithic monopolizing entity, which I don't like.
- None of this dampens my excitement regarding the gift certificate for Chapters I got from the Greek and Ladybug.
- Apparently, Nail's Greed > Nail's Ethics.
- It's good to know that kind of thing about yourself.
- Speaking of Ethics, some good stuff on how evil Windows Vista is.
- This makes me happy to be a contented OS X user.
- Unfortunately I'm still going to be supporting Windows boxen, like it or not.
- Hopefully I can get a lot of life out of WinXP for the foreseeable future.
- Finally, an important link about an important issue.
