4 DS boosters, a box of DS boosters, and a box of Jyhad boosters all arrived on the same day. That's a little wierd given that I ordered them over a two week plus range. I got the DS cards the day before yesterday but had to wait until yesterday to get the Jyhad box, because they just left a "pick up your package" note instead of the package.
When I went to get it, I found out why -- it was packed in a box which could easily have contained 8 or 9 booster boxes. It was filled with a metric ton of styrofoam peanuts and one booster box, adrift in the sea, all alone.
That's 1,280-ish cards to work into the collection. I may need more card sleeve sheets and I definitely need more binders. I can't wait to start putting together new and exciting decks which I just didn't have the cards to try out previously.

Yesterday was the first curling game of the Keith's for us, my lovely wife and I curling with the Foran Objects. We called it after six ends and a score of 14-1 against. At least it wasn't a sweep. My play was absolutely horrible, I really have no excuse for my overwhelming sucking. The Foran Object played very well, though, especially considering he's brand new and all.
After the game my lovely wife and I hung around for a bit and drank beer, and then we hit Shawarma King for shawarmas on our way home. Mmmmmmmm, late night shawarma run.
Tonight is the industrial strength drinking part of the event. I can't wait.

And why wouldn't I be? Good things are percolating, the week is over, there's all-you-can-drink beer in my immediate future ... nothing to complain about here.
