Last night my lovely wife made spaghetti squash spaghetti. Basically, you can bake a spaghetti squash and then scoop out the squash-meat, and it comes out in spaghetti-like strands. Top with real spaghetti sauce and eat.
Sounds wierd but it's really good, more or less like slightly crunchy spaghetti.
Mmm!
