Baked Pesto Chicken

And now, another lovely recipe by Nail. ... okay, so the recipe is by MSN House & Home, but it was made by me, and damnit, that's gotta count for something.

Ingredients

4 pieces boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup (ish) pesto with basil
tomato, sliced
mozzarella cheese, grated
2 beers

Procedure

While drinking the first beer, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fergenhergen. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with heavy duty foil, and slather them in pesto.

Allow them to bake for 20-25 minutes, or so, until the chicken is mostly done. When the first beer is done, open the second beer and start drinking it. When the time is up, pull the chicken out and top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

If you're done your second beer, and you should be, pour yourself some wine or open another beer and serve with salad and buns.

Mmm, delicious!

I agree with your principles of cooking, as well as your execution.
