It was supposed to rain today; didn't, though. I'm sure hearing some thunder now.

Game Night

Game night at Serdic's place on Thursday. Null and one of our work newbies (who hasn't acquired a pseudonym yet) came out for a few games of magic. Said newbie put me out during the first game, but my black/white deck kicked ass in the second.

Serdic made a delicious pork dish with currant/coconut sauce. Mmm!

Physical Saturday

Saturday involved a fairly strenuous kung fu class and then a pile of yardwork. This has resulted in a great deal of soreness on my part. The back yard is coming along, though; it's almost half ripped up.

The front yard has a decent amount of grass these days, though; it's reassuring to have a goal in view.

Family Matters

The sister-unit has successfully returned to the United States of Vespucciland. That's awesome.

A-V Club

We're making good progress through ER season 1.

Been watching Star Trek: The Next Generation at a quick pace. I got most of season 3 watched that first weekend; right now I'm working on season 4.

Null's lovely wife has secured seasons 1 and 2 of said show for me, as well. Mrs. Null, you rock.

The Robot Chicken Star Wars special is awesome. Gracias Wolfgang.
