The Germans built 18 Sturmtigers. That's it, 18 total. They didn't do anything very interesting and weren't particularily important -- they were specialized, impractical, and extraordinarily rare.
I can get 15mm Sturmtigers from about a dozen different companies. Everybody makes one.
The FT17 was built in absolutely stupid numbers and was used by everybody. There isn't anybody who was even marginally involved in the second world war who didn't buy, lease, build, copy or capture them. They were everywhere.
It appears that I can't actually buy a model of one in 15mm in this country. I think there is one company that makes them, but I can't get that range in Canada.
Unbelievable.
