By my little Google sidebar icon widget thingie, I know that it is 24 in Ottawa at the moment; 21 in K-Town; and a mere 16 in Frederick.

24 beautiful metric degrees.

The snow pile is gone from our front lawn, at long last, after a week of 20+ weather. There's still snow on the neighbour's side, but I can comfortably draw a property line which puts it all on their side. Suckers.

It is so nice outside it's ridiculous.

I had lunch on a patio on Friday. I had a beer. It was awesome.

Friday Et Cetera

We were out with the Rocket and TeamHooking on Friday. What was planned as a bit of improvised after-work hanging out and enjoying the loverly weather ended up becoming mexican food and Mystery, Alaska.

Good times.

The subsequent weekend was very relaxing.

Gaming

Vampire night continues to tick along. Our last game, hosted by the redoubtable Serdic, was a hell of a good time.

Regular game night this Thursday, at Optimist Prime's. Looking forward to that.

Healing

My finger is feeling better, although still a little tender and unpleasantly pink.
