More Massaging
The attempt to square away my leg issues continues tomorrow. So far signs are very positive.
Heath Ledger is Dead
Who?
Buffy
I'm putting Buffy on my iPod so I can watch it on the commute, starting back at Season 1. I figure I'm not getting enough Buffy. I could be getting more.
I watched Doppelgangland tonight. One of my favourites.
The Book
The first draft is done (!). Now I just have to rewrite the god damned thing from start to finish ...
BlackBarry
The new blackberries are teh sexxay. Mine is not new. It is, in point of fact, old. But an old blackberry in the hand is worth two that you have to give back, as they say.
Green Wisdom
There's a political rant here. Feel free to just stop reading now.
I understand the reasoning which persuades people that the Green Party might be worth voting for. Canadians, traditionally, do not vote for people as much as they vote against other people, and the Green Party are the ultimate beneficiary of this habit. They've never had as much as a single elected MP, can you get more outsider than that?
Regardless, every time I see someone tell me, bobble-head-like, that they are itching to vote Green, I have to wonder if they've actually read their platform, or looked up what they believe in, or heard Elizabeth May speak on any topic whatsoever.
I have to assume not.
Elizabeth May brings to my mind Londo's line from Babylon 5; she has that look on her face that says, Hold my head to your ear and you can hear the ocean. Every time I see a quote attributable to her I grimace in real pain. The Green Party is divorced from politics-as-usual, but it's not surprising, seeing how their leader is divorced from reality-as-we-know-it.
I just wanted to get that off my chest. Back to the lack of politics.

That Heath Ledger remark was really uncalled for. Nazi. :)
