Oh, Such Things

Friday was TeamHooking's bachelorette party. This was quite the do, I am given to understand, and understandably so given that my lovely wife was also in attendance. I know little of this, however, for I spent the evening with the Rocket. Beer was drunk (oh, the beer that was drunk), Die Hard 3 was watched, the best steak I've had at Moxey's was eaten and plans were laid.

Intricate, subversive plans.

Saturday we went to Serdic and Singer's place with the Greek and Ladybug to have a gander at their new place and eat Ham and Scalloped Potatoes. And, it was good.

Other Stuff

It was pancake day today. I ate four blueberry pancakes. It was for a good cause.

Other things are happening this week, many of them relating to the imminent nuptials of the Rocket and TeamHooking. Along those lines, today I submitted the trivia questions to be asked at said event. Your place in the buffet line may depend upon your ability to divine the answers to these fiendishly difficult questions, so consider yourself warned.

Unless you're not going, in which case it doesn't matter much, I suppose.

I'm also watching Jeeves & Wooster, borrowed from the old man. Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie. Damn.
