Octoberfest
Although I've never heard of this before, apparently I'm the only one.
Beau's brewery does an Octoberfest celebration every October. (Okay, well, last year and this year, but presumably, every one going forward). It's out past Cassleman in a town whose name I can't recall, out in a field covered with vendors, beer tents, German drinking music, mud, and lots of drunk people. We went with Dougly and the CBC, and little WeeKenobi.
I got some very nice hefty Beau's mugs and drank a lot of good beer. It was a good time.
The Ebay
My lovely wife has been enjoying the Ebay. She's made some very nice purchases.
I have a bunch of stuff pending. I got my Stargate cards after a bit of back and forth. There are still other packages coming. Some of them are growing late.
India
Got my shots! Some of them hurt like a bitch. 4 shots, and a liquid mix, and a perscription for pills, and an appointment for one month later. The doctor was funny as all hell.
Some more paperwork to be done. Not quite at T minus one month.
Among other things, I need to find out whether civ 5 will run on my laptop. Fingers crossed.
Celebrations
Serdic is no longer an unemployed bum! Wooooooo!
There shall be beer. Oh yes, there shall be beer.
