It's a four letter word.
Snow Day
We spent all day subject to an Environment Canada winter storm warning, OC Transpo was running like shit and two snowploughs went into the ditch. So, to hell with that, I worked from home.
Xmas
I'm optimistic that I can get a big chunk of my xmas shopping done in the imminent future. It has been subject to a few unfortunate delays, but there's not much to be done about that.
Yowza
Sarah Michelle Gellar is on the cover of the December Maxim.
The guy who sold it to me (I was getting a bus pass at the time) told me that Sarah was an Arabic name. That's a neat trick, given that it's in the Old Testament. (Not that I was about to correct him on that point or anything.)
Sweeeeet.
It's like being in the future.
So, so sexy.
Since He Doesn't Have a Blog Of His Own
Optimist Prime got a new car! I haven't seen it yet, but I'm looking forward to driving places with him without the nagging feeling that I'm about to die as his car falls into a million pieces in the middle of the road.
Okay, okay, I exaggerate. A thousand pieces, tops.
Shopping Expedition
I'm spending next weekend in Kingston with the Old Man. Mothership and my lovely wife are heading over the border to hook up with KGB, to do some shopping. Look out, American Economy! It's coming right for you!
That's About It
For various reasons which I'm not entirely at liberty to talk about, I had a very good week last week.
Yeah, I'm all about the cryptic.
Concise Book Review
The Serenity comic book set, which goes between the TV series and the movie. Awesome.
